The Roman naturalist Plinio il Vecchio said back in 23 B.C.: “thermal waters are the best part of medicine”: in those times, people did not trust medicines and they relied on nature to treat their bodies and illnesses.

Today we have rediscovered the ancient value of those words and we look for a more natural approach to the problems we have.
Grand Hotel Regina spa centre
At the Grand Hotel Regina it is no longer possible to use the spa centre located inside the hotel, but our guests will have the possibility to use the wonderful thermal centre in the town.
Treatments are carried out using Salsomaggiore waters, which has been classified as “Super level” by the Regional Ministry for Health, having a therapeutic value which is scientifically recognised, it is funded by the Italian National Health Service.
